Giving Back to the Community: The Eide Automotive Group donates to Toys for Tots

For the fourth year in a row, the Eide Automotive Group has partnered with other local businesses to donate to Toys for Tots. 

In one day, the Eide Automotive Group was able to do two shops at our local Walmarts, to donate more than $7,500 in toys! 

We had several of our employees participate in the shop, having so much fun picking out fun items to donate, even stating they wished they had toys like that when they were kids. 

During Christmas time, Toys for Tots is able to help out several families in our local Bismarck-Mandan community, giving these children the opportunity to have presents to open on Christmas. 

“It was nice to be able to participate again this year in the shop,” says Justin Haider, Sales Consultant at Eide Chrysler. “It was a lot of fun, and I am glad I work at a place that is able to give so much back to those less fortunate in our community, especially during the holidays.”

“We had so much fun finding toys to donate, and even made a fun game about it by splitting up into teams,” says Beth Nielsen, Receptionist at Eide Ford Mandan. “I love being able to do things like this, especially when our time and efforts go back to help those in our community.”

“It was so cool to be able to participate in this Toys for Tots shop with the Eide Automotive Group,” says Jesse Auday, Used Car Manager at Eide Ford in Bismarck. “Having had a rough childhood myself, and being a receiver of Toys for Tots gifts as a kid, it was amazing to be able to come full circle, and be able to give back in such a big way.”
