Meet Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia’s new General Manager, Adam Griffith!

We are excited to announce the promotion of our very own Adam Griffith to General Manager of Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia! 

Adam started his career at Eide Ford in Bismarck in 2009 as a Sales Consultant. He then jumped around a few management jobs, moving to New Car Manager in 2015, then Internet Sales Manager in 2018, and then back to New Car Manager in 2020. When we acquired Eide Ford Mandan in August of 2022, Adam came over to be General Sales Manager, until this January of 2024, when he was promoted to General Manager! 

“I like working at Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia because of the people I get to work with, I have been able to create long lasting friendships,” says Adam. “I also like working for the Eide Automotive Group because of the way we structure and organize our dealerships. The processes we have set up help to lead all of our employees to success through hard work and dedication, and it has been cool to see the growth of all of our stores and employees through the years.”

“The community we have created at our Eide stores is something I am thankful to be a part of. Eide takes care of their employees, during times of both personal and national hardships. The community and environment that has been created has aided in my growth both personally and professionally, and I am thankful for the leadership opportunities that have been presented to me, and am excited to help with the continuous growth of our Mandan stores.”

With Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia being newer to our Eide family, and because of the way we pride our stores on continuous growth, we are excited to continue to be able to provide great service and experiences to our customers. “Having Eide be a part of the Mandan community and being more involved in our local community has been extremely rewarding, and I am excited to see what the future holds for our group as a whole,” says Adam.

“I would like to thank Jesse Peterson, Tim Lickteg, Aron Waxweiler, Ricky Link, LaMonte Mikesh, Casey Newman, Deno Muller, Kim Dvorak, and Jeff White,” Adam says. “Each one of them have helped me to learn and grow through my 15 years working for Eide, and I am beyond thankful for everything they have done for me.”

“Eide has done so much for me, and I am beyond thankful,” says Adam. “They gave me the opportunity right out of college, and the opportunities didn’t stop there. Since we pride ourselves on growing our employees to promote from within, I have been fortunate enough to grow my career through the years.”

“Adam has been one of my main guys since the beginning of his employment in 2009,” says Jesse Peterson, Dealer Principal of the Eide Automotive Group. “He has been very patient in waiting for his opportunities over the years. When we acquired the Mandan dealerships, I immediately had Adam in mind for this position, but I knew Adam still had a lot to learn to get to this point. He put his head down, worked, and did an excellent job; he is very, very deserving of this opportunity. And I am very excited to see what this opportunity holds for Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia.”

In his free time, Adam likes to golf, play softball, and attend his kid’s activities with his wife.
