Meet Randy Erickson: Eide Kia's Service Manager

Eide Kia became a proud member of the Bismarck-Mandan community in August 2022, but the building has been around since 2006. 

To kick off our new website and blog articles, we want to introduce you to our staff. 

Our first Eide Kia team member we want you to meet is Randy Erickson, the Service Manager! 

Meet Randy Erickson

Randy has been in the automotive industry for 35 years, working in sales, finance, and service! This experience has aided in not only his knowledge of the products he works with, but also his amazing customer service has created a great atmosphere for both employees and customers. 

Being the Service Manager at our Kia location means taking on a lot more responsibilities. Randy wears many hats, and is also the service advisor and a warranty administrator. 

“What I enjoy about this industry is that everyday brings something new,” says Randy. “Not only do I get to work with good people who make each day fun, we are always learning as a team.”

When asked about the growth of the store, Randy said that not only are the technicians always learning and growing, but so are the other employees who work in the building, including himself!

“I am very excited about the future of this store, and I know we are already headed in the right direction,” says Randy. “We already have our parts department up and running, and our technicians are growing at an incredible rate. I am excited to see what the future holds for Eide Kia and for all of our employees and customers.”

In his free time, Randy enjoys hunting, fishing, and motorsports!
