Eide Kia Service - Now Open On Saturdays!

We are excited to announce that our Service Department at Eide Kia is now open on Saturdays! 

Many people have more availability on their weekends to drop their vehicles off for service, because they are busy during the week with work. Here at Eide Kia, we want to help work around your busy schedule, and find times that are convenient for you to get your vehicle serviced!

All vehicle service options are available on Saturdays, including but not limited to: 

• Oil change
• Fluid replacements
• Fluid flushes
• Tire replacements
• Brake replacements
• All main line technology service

We also offer walk-in appointments for all services, but especially oil changes. Remember, this is dependent on availability, so if you want to ensure your service appointment, schedule online or give us a call! 

Our hours are 7:30 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and 8 am to 5 pm on Saturdays. 

If you need to drop off your vehicle after hours, we have a night drop box! In front of the service bay doors, there is a box labeled “Night Drop Box” that has envelopes in it. All you have to do is fill out the form, put your keys in the envelope, and drop the envelope in the box. Please make sure your vehicle is parked in the parking spaces in front of the service department, and not in front of the service bay doors. 

When you come in for service, our customer lounge is extremely comfortable, with snacks and drinks available, as well as free Wi-Fi. At the moment, we do not have a shuttle service available on Saturdays. But, as we move into the future, this is something that will be available soon! 

We also have our pick-up and delivery option for you to utilize! We know that life can get super busy, especially on the weekends. All you have to do is schedule pick-up and delivery when scheduling your service work, and someone will come to where you are, pick up your vehicle, and drop it back off to you when your service appointment is done! “Our newly remodeled Kia building has allowed us to grow our service department immensely,” says Colin Fredrick, Service Manager. “We have more than doubled the size of our shop, allowing for more room for tools, equipment, parts storage, technician bays, and technicians! Our shop is also now fully staffed, and here to help better fulfill our customers' needs. We are excited to also now be open on Saturdays, to offer more options for vehicle service to our customers.”
