Happy(Kieth) went above and beyond in his service. I came in after hours to see if a car I was interested in was on the lot. He came over and helped me when a lot of folks would have said, "We're closed. They can come back tomorrow." When I came back during business hours to make the final purchase of the vehicle, there was a bit of complication removing the previous owner from kia connect so I could use the service. Happy did all the work, submitting documents, and talking to customer service to make sure it got done. Made for an awesome car buying experience.

He took lots of time to explain it and set things up for me in the car and on my phone! He is very patient and I could tell he loves his job and the company he works for.
