Katie was extremely great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She took her time and didn't make us feel rushed to make a decision. She was very kind and friendly and super easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Isaac assisted us with the financing and he was very thorough and explained everything to us and made sure we understood. He was patient and let us ask questions and talk it through with eachother before making the decision. Katie and Isaac really made purchasing a new vehicle easy, and we are so thankful for their assistance!

I was searching for a used first car for my son. It will be awhile before he can actually drive it but with what I have going on I couldn’t wait. I finally found a car with low miles and a very good price at Eide Kia. I filled out the online credit app and received a call from Joey a short time later. Since I was driving down from Minot, I put a $500 hold on the car so I knew it would be there when I got there. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was out front waiting for me. Joey and I talked for a bit, then went for a test drive. The car was perfect for my son’s needs so we closed the deal. The guys behind sales desk were awesome. I’m sorry I don’t remember all of your names. They were genuinely fun to talk to. They took my trade for a drive and gave me a fair offer. Like with any car deal the paperwork takes how long the paperwork takes to get ready. In my free time, I got to meet the lovely receptionist who answered all of my dumb questions. Later on, I got to talk with the title clerk over the phone and she was very pleasant. To the manager at Eide Ford across the street, thank you for all of your help. My family genuinely appreciates everything you’ve done for us.

Went for an old change. The staff was pleasant and they found a small gasket leak. They called to check if it was under warranty and it was. They then allowed me to make an appointment to have that fixed.

Weston in sales was great to work with. He handled any issue we had, was quick to respond, worked with us over the phone and when we came in from out of town, he made sure we got back on the road before the incoming snow. Not all dealers like to deal with EV's but Weston and the Team treated us great. Isaac and Garin in the Business Office were both super helpful. Combine all this with a Great Facility. and it comes out to a great car buying experience.

Chris my service advisor at Kia helped me when my oil ran totally out of my car due to Kia not putting in my oil plug all the way at a local store. He told me the steps to take and was very nice and helpful! At the end of it all I got a detailed car inside and out! He even stayed later to help me on SATURDAY during the holidays! Yes they made a mistake but they’re human. Shout out to Chris my service advisor!! Thank you Kia! From a mom whose car was very messy!! Appreciate everything you guys did/do!! Keep up the good work! Merlin Haugen: –I was in the market few weeks ago for purchase of my first minivan. I was working with several sales consultants from dealers across the two states (ND/MN). However I drove 3 hours to Mandan due to the workmanship of Merlin. He was very persistent. He always updated me on the latest deals. Was very informative and answered all my questions. The sales member Joey is an awesome guy super nice very transparent. Would work with him 100 times over. Collin the service manager also super helpful with everything giving updates and details on what’s going on also super transparent. Unfortunately the vehicle didn’t have a good seal on the sunroof and gave us a shower. nothing against Eide Kia Mandan though. it was KIA manufacturing. Everyone at eide Kia Mandan is awesome the two guys I pointed out above are awesome. Very friendly and easy to work with would recommend working with them. Just unfortunate about the vehicle itself. They however got it all handled they took care of everything. Thank you Joey, and Collin.

A special shout-out to Brandon, to (Accessories Manager, Finance-sorry I forgot their names), who assisted to my husband and I throughout the entire process of getting a new SUV. During service on the vehicle they noticed that my left front tire was leaning. Discovered the strut was bent due to my accident in late May. A State Farm supplement claim has to be done by the collision center next.

It is more like a hotel lobby sitting area than what you would expect from a car dealership waiting area. Kia was very professional and helped me with my 2021 Kia Seltos. There was an engine recall that my Kia just so happened to be one of and shortly before finding out that mine had a part that was recalled, the transmission went out. I was very lucky to have had some warranty left on the vehicle and Kia replaced both the engine and the transmission in a timely manner and made sure I had a rental car provided as well. I couldn’t have been happier with Alex and Riley’s assistance and urgency in the distress of my car situation. And their service curtesy drive Mike was phenomenal very funny and pleasant to be around. Thanks again Kia and everyone involved in the process.

I arrived early for synthetic oil change. The garage door opened immediately when I arrived. I was able to get in right away In spite of arriving early. The oil change, tire rotation, and filter replacement took no time at all. Communication was clear and the staff were very professional and courteous. I should mention that I have used the transport system for rides in the past and the driver was always friendly and reliable. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Garren knew the Kia well and is very good at explaining all the options we have. Rhyan helped negotiate the final sale and solved the difficulties we were having relative to a very short time frame we had and the fact that we live 110 miles away. When Garren delivered the Telluride today so we would have it in time before we left the state tomorrow, he went through all its benefits inside and outside. He also helped pair our phones and set up other things I requested. Dakota approved my request for how we wanted to do payment so I could get insurance/payment done before we leave tomorrow.

Shout out to my salesman Brandon Baker and his team behind him. From day 1 that I sent in a custom order for my wife’s “push present” Brandon has been by my side and made sure we were taken care of. I could message him way after hours with a question and he’d always reply and you never get that from most people. Customizing a vehicle takes time but he made sure to keep me in the loop anytime a new update came his way. My wife’s KIA carnival finally arrived but there was some sort of dealership hack that happened across the US and while most places shut down KIA Mandan was still operating and finding ways to get the job done. Brandon informed me that things could potentially take longer than usual because of this but to be honest it was the fastest experience I’ve had at a dealership and I’ve bought 4 cars throughout the years. I’d like to add that the finance guy did a great job as well I believe his name was Reese. He helped me with getting a good payment and term with my current personal situation. He even came back with a lower price than the first time and I didn’t even ask for him to try for me so thanks for that. Thanks to the manager as well for checking on me and ensuring me that if I ever need anything they will make it happen. Thanks KIA Mandan in general it was a pleasure doing business with you.

I was very hesitant to car shop without my husband with me for I have had, in the past, uncertainty about whether or not I was being taken seriously or not. This time, my experience was nothing but wonderful. From the moment I walked through the front door. I was greeted by Steve with a genuine eagerness to help me find a vehicle that was right for me. I was very hesitant to car shop without my husband with me for I have had, in the past, uncertainty about whether or not I was being taken seriously or not. This time, my experience was nothing but wonderful. From the moment I walked through the front door. I was greeted by Steve with a genuine eagerness to help me find a vehicle that was right for me. From test driving, to financing, to walking out the door keys in hand, I was overly pleased with my purchase and experience. What a team Eide Ford Kia is!! There were several team members that made sure that I was well taken care of, very personable and professional. I am more than thankful for all of you, especially Steve. Awesome customer service from Happy in sales. Amazed that he responded to my online inquiry within mins regarding the 2023 KIA Stinger listed on their website (it was late Friday hours too!). Went in to test drive it the next morning. Trade-in/purchase was easy and pricing was fair. No haggling. He made sure everything on the vehicle was in working order and oriented me to all the features, buttons, etc. I drove away a very "happy" customer! Ask for him if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks, Happy! Traded in for a new 2024 Sportage yesterday. Contacted Happy and he wA able to get me a test drive the same day! Easy hassle-free trade and got me the payments I wanted. He even stayed late to make sure the vehicle was ready to go and all the features were set and ready for me! Great customer service! We made an appointment here for the 8000-mile service on our Niro. Bought the car in Maryland but needed the service during a road trip. I have loved Bill Barth since I purchased my car from them! They have always done more than I’ve ever expected from them! I went for an oil change, they checked for any recalls, cleaned snow off my car, cleaned my windows, helped put my sticker for my tag on, and did it all with the biggest smile!!

I can't say ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS about Bill Barth Kia!!!! We live 110 miles away, in Minot. And suddenly had almost every light go off on our 2020 Kia Soul (a VERY HIGHLY RATED car) which is our 2nd Soul. We packed an overnight bag, prepared for hearing "we needed to overnight some parts". But instead, after dropping it off at 11...knowing the technician will have a lunch soon...we are told by 1PM our car is DONE. It turned out a mouse had chewed some wires...but they handled this so quickly, and were so friendly, and REALLY REASONABLE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I can’t say enough about our service experience. First of all. We scheduled a service appointment, for (4) four factory re-calls to be handled and other car services. I would have been OK, if we were told they needed to keep our car into the next day. Here are some exceptional parts of our visit. When we arrived we was greeted like old friends, I had a doctors appointment, we were taken/picked up by the service department. I was quoted a price before the appointment to check something with the car. Our expectations was over the top. At checkout, the price was as quoted.We recommend this dealership.
