It is so scary to be in a position of having to make a huge purchase like this, especially when you are alone and don't have anyone to trust or rely on to help you make an informed decision. Matt Freeman at Eide Kia in Mandan was an absolute delight to work with. His professionalim was outstanding personality made me feel so comfortable and relaxed through the entire process. He followed my lead, NEVER making me feel pressured in anyway. We were both honest and straightforward with each other, which helped me to know I was absolutely making the right decision for me. I have a very high expectation of professionals in customer service positions and he exceeded all of them! I can't think of one area where he can improve, he is the gold standard of excellence! After learning my 2014 Sorento needed repairs, I decided I would get a new vehicle so I wouldn’t have to worry about repairs for a long time. I loved my Sorento I bought from KIA, so decided to go back to Eide Ford KIA and see if I could find a Sorento or Telluride that had all I wanted on the vehicle. I was fortunate that the day I went in to talk to Happy there were two cars just delivered that meant my wants. I opted for the Telluride for the V6 and additional room.

Joey and Issac were both great to work with. Honestly, I don’t like buying and selling cars but this was fairly uneventful I would recommend and buy there again.
