Shout out to my salesman Brandon Baker and his team behind him. From day 1 that I sent in a custom order for my wife’s “push present” Brandon has been by my side and made sure we were taken care of. I could message him way after hours with a question and he’d always reply and you never get that from most people. Customizing a vehicle takes time but he made sure to keep me in the loop anytime a new update came his way. My wife’s KIA carnival finally arrived but there was some sort of dealership hack that happened across the US and while most places shut down KIA Mandan was still operating and finding ways to get the job done. Brandon informed me that things could potentially take longer than usual because of this but to be honest it was the fastest experience I’ve had at a dealership and I’ve bought 4 cars throughout the years. I’d like to add that the finance guy did a great job as well I believe his name was Reese. He helped me with getting a good payment and term with my current personal situation. He even came back with a lower price than the first time and I didn’t even ask for him to try for me so thanks for that.
