Chris my service advisor at Kia helped me when my oil ran totally out of my car due to Kia not putting in my oil plug all the way at a local store. He told me the steps to take and was very nice and helpful! At the end of it all I got a detailed car inside and out! He even stayed later to help me on SATURDAY during the holidays! Yes they made a mistake but they’re human. Shout out to Chris my service advisor!! Thank you Kia! From a mom whose car was very messy!! Appreciate everything you guys did/do!! Keep up the good work!
