I was searching for a used first car for my son. It will be awhile before he can actually drive it but with what I have going on I couldn’t wait. I finally found a car with low miles and a very good price at Eide Kia. I filled out the online credit app and received a call from Joey a short time later. Since I was driving down from Minot, I put a $500 hold on the car so I knew it would be there when I got there. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was out front waiting for me. Joey and I talked for a bit, then went for a test drive. The car was perfect for my son’s needs so we closed the deal. The guys behind sales desk were awesome. I’m sorry I don’t remember all of your names. They were genuinely fun to talk to. They took my trade for a drive and gave me a fair offer. Like with any car deal the paperwork takes how long the paperwork takes to get ready. In my free time, I got to meet the lovely receptionist who answered all of my dumb questions. Later on, I got to talk with the title clerk over the phone and she was very pleasant. To the manager at Eide Ford across the street, thank you for all of your help. My family genuinely appreciates everything you’ve done for us.

The sales member Joey is an awesome guy super nice very transparent. Would work with him 100 times over. Collin the service manager also super helpful with everything giving updates and details on what’s going on also super transparent. Unfortunately the vehicle didn’t have a good seal on the sunroof and gave us a shower. nothing against Eide Kia Mandan though. it was KIA manufacturing. Everyone at eide Kia Mandan is awesome the two guys I pointed out above are awesome. Very friendly and easy to work with would recommend working with them. Just unfortunate about the vehicle itself. They however got it all handled they took care of everything. Thank you Joey, and Collin.
